In order to start a new ladder you must first log in.

Click on the "Create a ladder" link in the menu and follow the steps to create your ladder.  You will be asked to provide an address and some basic information about your ladder, as well as set preferences for how you wish the ladder to behave.

Once your ladder has been created, you will be able to start inviting players to join it.  It is a good idea to have contacted a number of people who wish to join a ladder before you create it.
