You will be able to renew your ladder subscription within 60 days of the renewal date.  Visit the MANAGE LADDER area and click on 'Subscription status' to renew the subscription for your ladder.

Methods of payment include:

• Credit or debit card: payment is easy and quick using WorldPay (http://www.worldpay.co.uk/) secure servers. WorldPay safely handles millions of online transactions for large corporate clients such as Sony and Sage.  Your ladder subscription will be renewed immediately.
• Cheque: send us a cheque.  We will renew your ladder subscription as soon as your cheque has cleared.

As you approach the end of the free trial, you will be reminded by email, and when you log in, that the ladder subscription is about to expire.

If your ladder subscription expires, the ladder will be deactivated (not deleted) until such time that you make the payment.
