If you wish to remove a player from your ladder, first click on the player's name in the "MANAGE LADDER" area.

Under "Settings" on the right hand pane, click on "Remove Player".  You will be asked to confirm that you wish to remove the player and given an opportunity to add a message to the email that will be sent notifying the player of their removal.
